The Back To Health Osteopathic practice in Hastings has been located in the Falaise Gym since 2008, prior to this, the practice had been located in Silverhill since 1993.

The practice provides Osteopathic treatment for all ages with appointments that are available from early in the morning through to the evening, as we recognise and understand that patients have ever increasing demands on their family time, work and social commitments. Therefore our aim is to provide appointments that are flexible and at times that fit in with even the busiest of schedules.

The initial appointment will last for one hour and will include an in-depth case history to fully understand you and your complaint. This will then be followed by an examination, diagnosis and treatment. Following appointments are 30 minutes and focus on treatment and advice.

We treat adults, children and babies using the best treatment approach for the patient. Structural, Functional, Visceral and Cranial Osteopathic techniques are all used and focused on giving relief from the patient’s complaint.
